Multiple quantity listings in Trade Me

You can now list your products in Trade Me with a quantity of more than one. Multiple quantity listings only cater for a Buy Now. This is all configurable on the Selling Channels tab of each product.

You can also configure your products for multiple quantities by importing from file. The new fields in the Trade Me Settings file are:

  • Trade Me Is Sold In Multiple Quantities
  • Trade Me Sell Multiple Quantity
  • Trade Me Is Shipping Price Per Quantity

Manual sales order approval for rural delivery or unrecognised addresses

We now provide the option to ensure that sales orders with either rural delivery addresses or unrecognised addresses require manual approval before the sales order can progress any further.

This helps you ensure the correct shipping costs have been applied, especially for rural delivery addresses.

The Dashboard now includes a Sales orders check address link to help you find these kind of orders.

Check out the Shipping panel on the Trade Me screen under the Settings menu, if this appeals to you.

Bulk mark your sales orders as paid

From the sales order list you can now mark multiple sales orders as paid with just one click of the Mark as Paid button.

If you are integrated with Xero, then it would be advisable to update your payments in Xero and let the system automatically update these in Tradevine and not use this feature.

Delete Product Photos

The delete button on the Photos tab of a product will now delete images even if they belong to active or closed Trade Me listings, The images will also be deleted from your Shopify products.

Import and export product Labels

Product labels applied to products are now included in the export. Labels can also be imported. Labels can be created, updated or removed from products via the import.

If you are importing then you will want to add a Label List column to your Product Core import file.  Multiple labels will need to be separated by a comma. Label names which include a comma, should be enclosed inside double quotes.

View more than 10 Labels

You can now see all of your labels, whenever you view the list of labels to apply or remove from your products or orders etc.

Previously you could only see the first 10.

Dymo Shipping Labels

It is now possible to specify how many shipping labels you want to print for a shipment. The default quantity can be configured on the Trade Settings screen.

There is also now another field that can be used on your custom shipping label templates called FirstProductCode which prints the first product code of the shipment onto the label. Visit our DYMO Help page for instructions on how to add this field to your custom labels.

Next/Previous navigation through your Customers, Suppliers, Shipments and Goods Receipts

The ability to navigate to the next or previous record, has now been added to the customer, supplier, shipment and goods receipt screens. On the previous release we introduced the navigation to products, sales orders and purchase orders.

Auto withdraw Trade Me listings

You can now get the system to automatically withdraw Trade Me listings, when product levels drop too low. You have the option to first withdraw either your active listing(s) or your active Fixed Price Offers. Auto withdraw can also be configured to take your draft or pending purchase orders into consideration.
Check out the Listing and Offer Options panel on your Organisation Selling Channels screen for the options that best suit you.

Trade Me listing rules

We have revamped the way you can configure your products to be listed on Trade Me to give you more control and customisation of each product listing. You can now create multiple listing rules for a product. This means you can customise any of the listing details and individualise the listings for a product. Each listing rule can be activated or deactivated using the Auto-listing setting.

The rules for each product can be prioritised, cloned or deleted.

If you already had multiple listings or categories for a product, then each of these will have been turned into an individual rule. Please review these to ensure they are now consistent with your listing expectations. The ability to sell bulk quantities in Trade Me is coming very soon, so you may want to configure your listing rules with this in mind.

If you re-import your products you will need to add the Rule Name to your import file.

Relist unsold listings

You can now manually relist unsold Trade Me listings.

The Relist button can be found next to recent listings on the Unsold tab.

Pass The Parcel Added

We have added Pass The Parcel into the Shipped With drop-down on your Shipment screen. When you save a tracking number, the system will create a link to their tracking page.

Pass the Parcel is a simple online courier solution for sending your parcels.

You can now search your Products List by the product Description.

One click importing of your Shopify products

We have added the option to import your Shopify products and photos with just one click. You can do this from the Import Products screen.

Your organisation’s Tax Code is no longer locked down. You can now edit and change an existing tax code. You just can’t blank it out, if you already had a tax code.

Updated Search Filter on the Listings screen

The Listings screen search filter has been extended to allow you to now search by labels, listing category, listing rule and listing description.

Checking your listing fees

When you check your listing fees these will now be specific to your Trade Me account and not just the listing category.
