Implemented in this release

Sales returns

You can now create and process Sales Returns. These can be created directly or from an existing Sales Order. If you are integrated with Xero then this will create a credit note, as well as a corresponding journal for the stock that was put back into inventory.

Bulk approval of sales orders

You can now approve Sales Orders in bulk from the Sales Orders screen.

Stock reported on sales order

We have been reporting the stock availability for products on a sales order for some time now, but it wasn’t evident to everyone. We have now added a tooltip to the traffic light on each product line of the sales order, you only need to click the traffic light for a detailed breakdown of the inventory for that product.

Auto archive products

It is now possible to automatically archive products when they run out of stock. This is useful for sellers who list one-off items.

Shopify fulfillments

When you complete a shipment in Tradevine we now update the fulfilment status in Shopify. The shipment’s tracking numbers will also be reported.

NOW Couriers

Support for NOW Couriers tracking has been added.

DYMO shipping label

We have added more customisable print fields to the shipping label:

  • Product name
  • Shipping cost
  • Public notes

Rural address checker

The Rural and Invalid Address checker has been improved to reduce the number of false positives.

Edited quantities on MQL listings

We now update active listings when the maximum quantity is modified for Multi Quantity Listings.

Classified Trade Me listings

It is now possible to make classified listings in the General and Motors categories. We automatically detect what type of listing a category accepts, auction or classified. If a category supports both types you can choose which to use.

Global answers to Trade Me questions

You can now define up to 5 global answers to help you quickly respond to standard questions.

Trade Me category search

When setting up a rule, you can now search all of the Trade Me categories and select the appropriate one. This additional method makes creating new rules much quicker and simpler.

FPO offer price

The price that an FPO (fixed price offer) was made at, is now shown on the FPO link on the Listings screen.

Auto format customer names and addresses

You can now configure your customer names and addresses to automatically reformat with the casing of your choice. The options are:

  • Leave as is
  • UPPER CASE
  • lower case
  • Camel Case

NB: this will only apply to new customers and addresses but there is also an option to update existing data according to the settings.

Product Internal Notes – Shipments report

The Private Notes on a product are now shown on the Shipments report.

User interface improvements

We have slightly altered the look and feel of our tab navigation to make it visually clearer which tab is active. We have also made it more obvious when a filter has been applied to a grid.
