Help links

We have made it easier to find help when you need it.  Each page now has a direct link to the relevant section of our online Help. ‘Help for this page’ is found on the Help menu or by pressing Alt+F1.

Partial shipments

The Warehouse role can now process partial shipments and create backorders.

High Volume Listing Fees

Your free listing allowance is now retrieved from Trade Me and is automatically updated as it changes.  You can now limit auto-listing to your Trade Me allowance or to a level you set. Set this in ‘Settings -> Selling Channels -> Listing and Offer Options’.

Trade Me clothing categories

Next week Trade Me plan to implement some changes to the clothing categories. This will consist of consolidating some categories and adding some new attributes. The good news is that Tradevine will automatically make the necessary adjustments to your rules, ensuring a smooth transition.

Pay Now refunds

We have made a tweak to the Pay Now refund option on Sales Orders. You can now request a Pay Now refund for Pending Sales Order when payment has been received.

Performance improvements

We have made a few more small optimisations to further improve the performance.

API – Get Sales Orders

Two new filters have been added allowing you to filter Sales Orders by the last modified date. These are called modifiedFrom and modifiedTo.

Importing product changes

There are no importing changes for this release.

Key Bug Fixes

  1. An ‘out of memory error’ was sometimes encountered when uploading images.
  2. The importer was removing product labels in some instances.
  3. The product list export did not always complete for very large result-sets.

All of these improvements are based on customer feedback. We are planning to release further improvements on a regular basis. Your feedback is vital to ensuring that we’re working on the most important things first. If you have any suggestions, then check out our suggestions page where you can also vote. Otherwise, feel free to drop us a line at suggestions@tradevine.co.nz with your feedback.
